Animal Collective - Summertime Clothes.
If you have somehow managed to not even hear or see the words ‘Animal Collective’ either from someone or their myspace, then you truly are missing out. Their latest release ‘Merriweather Post Pavillon’ is truly stunning. From the start of ‘In the Flowers’ the cd is near indescribable. I personally finding myself unable to put this cd down, there is always something new each time I listen to it. It can either lift your mood up to a place its usually not in, or it can make you want to rethink your entire life. I love it when music effects you in this manner.
Animal Collective is either a hit or a miss with people, but I think that everyone should give it a try. The cd is to be Released tomorrow Jan 20th. Go out, pick it up, and bask in the glory of this revolutionary band.
